Victor was referred to me by a close friend who stated "I trust Victor" (that says alot, my friend is a cop) Victor managed to exced my expectations. I was particular in what I was hoping to find and Victor always kept that in mind. My last realtor (in Vegas) kept steering me toward houses that were outside of my budget, too big or in the wrong part of town, with Victor there was none of that, he was spot on with each idea that he shared. From the beginnng to the end, he always kept me informed of where we stood in the process & arrived at every meeting early and completely prepared. He selected a team to work with (inspectors, mortgage brokers & title company) that were so efficient that the process flew by. I decided to buy a house on Jan 26th, 2018 and Victor handed me the keys to my new house 34 days later on Feb 28th, 2018 (even though as I learned the day before I signed my paperwork at the title company, the sellers realtor forgot to tell the sellers that they were closing 2 weeks early). I'm impressed with Victor, by using him as your realtor, you would be doing yourself a favor.

We really appreciated having Real Estate Professional Victor Nill help us sell our home. He gave us comps that really helped us position the price for a fast win-win sale; provided excellent guidance for staging to assure the best first impression; and lots of marketing/exposure. As offers came in, he promptly handled all the communications and once we accepted an offer, the paperwork was a breeze! If you want the best real estate agent in Reno, this is your guy. Easy to get along with but gets the job done. If you are buying or selling, contact Victor. I was selling a home in Reno, and Victor was my agent. He went out of his way to see that the sale was made and I was happy with the results. He is a very good agent, by far above the average real estate agent.

Victor took care of us every step of the way. He made it easy for us to able to sell after we had moved out of the area, thus avoiding unnecessary trips back and forth. We were always impressed with his responsiveness to any of our questions, either large or small. His knowledge of real estate in our area made the pricing of the property sell within a reasonable time frame and at a fair price to both the buyer and the seller. We were very satisfied with his expertise and professionalism... and he was very easy to work with.

Victor Nill was the best of help for my family. We have been searching for a good investment property for many years on our own. Victor helped us find the perfect one in weeks, and made the process smooth. There was no hassle before and after escrow closed that he could not competently deal with. Even now he is still providing advice on who to contact. All our future real estate dealings will be with Victor Nill, a great guy and a wonderful realtor.

As a first time home buyer I relied heavily on Victor to guide me through the home buying process. He did a great job of looking out for my best interests and finding me a nice home in my budget. He is very knowledgeable of the market and every step of the process. There was never a situation that arose where he didn't have an immediate answer and advice on what to do next. His style is no pressure which I really appreciated. For example, one house I put an offer on the seller wanted me to pay thousands more for things not normally paid by the buyer. Victor advised it was a bad deal for me and to walk away even though it was a more expensive house and would've been a better commission for him. I trust him completely to look out for my best interests and would definitely work with him again.

This was my first home purchase. Victor got referred to me by my loan company. He was punctual, and respectful. I had some personal issues and had a very hard time finding the time to fit going out and looking at houses or getting some of the paperwork handled quickly. Victor was very professional working with my schedule doing whatever it takes to be available and making the process as easy as it could be. When it was all said and done, there were complications with the house and the loan company, but I feel like he was the only one fully on my side, doing whatever he could, all the way through the end. It was a process as these things are, but I am very happy I had the Realtor I did.

About 3 years ago, our first experience in real estate in NV. I had to relocate from NC and needed help to find a home in Reno. Victor Nill was recommended by my new employer. We were very lucky to get to know the best real estate professional of Reno, that treats every one as friend. He was able to find the house we wanted. With the help of the today's available technology of communication, we did not have to come to NV to select the house. He took care of all. Since them we got a friend for life. The best. Victor helped us to sell our home at buy another simultaneously. This can be tricky, but he made the process go as smoothly as possible. He was very responsive to calls, emails, and texts, and could be counted on to work with our crazy schedule. He was available when needed, made sure to be at all inspections and signings, and was always positive and knowledgeable. He was able to answer, or find the answers, to all of our questions . Next time we buy or sell, Victor will be our first call to make!

I am so very appreciative of the efforts that Victor has put forward in my relocation to Reno, NV. We looked at a few properties that would best meet my needs. He is very calming and knows the area and market. Under the stress that relocation can bring, working with someone who is so calming, was the perfect mix to my 'control efforts.' :-)
He is a true advocate for his craft and made sure that he understood my needs, and what exactly what I wanted for my family. During the search process, he asked a lot of questions to gain an understanding of what I wanted, as well as made location/property/neighborhood recommendations while considering my safety as a single mother.
I am very grateful for his time and most importantly his communication. Because I am dealing with him from two states away, communication is imparitive and he made sure I was up to date on all necessary information.
I appreciated his time and efforts and would highly recommend him! I will ensure that any of my future real estate deals will involve Victor. I trust his expertise.
On a side note: I discussed with my kids (ages 9 & 5) what 'buzz' words they would use to describe someone 'Really Cool' and after a few treats and silliness they decided on 'Oober Awesome'! I couldn't have agreed more! Thank you Victor for being 'Oober Awesome!' :-)
